FOOD
Home cooking is the ultimate if you have the time and talent. There are thousands of ideas and recipes online but make sure you choose wisely and early. Respectable frozen appetizers and entres are available in many supermarkets. Just warm them up and serve.
Delivery/take out cater services are the next best thing. They cook, you set it up. Just about every place that sells food does this. Many specialize and offer advice. Choose what you like and contact at least two days ahead.
Full service caterers (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR WEDDINGS!) will do almost everything and then some. It can be the easiest, most creative and delicious but maybe not always the most budget conscious.
